About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Mason, OH . The Senior Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to high quality and safety standards. This role will involve close collaboration with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery

• Manage project coordination, scheduling, and on-site supervision

• Maintain and monitor project budgets, timelines, and reporting

• Lead project teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to standard

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction regulations

• Act as primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders throughout the project

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Construction Project Management, particularly within commercial or hospitality sectors

• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and construction management capabilities

• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory standards

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred

• Experience with hotel or hospitality construction projects is highly desirable
