What You’ll Be Doing:

• On-Call Rotation: Must be available for evenings and weekends.
• HVAC Work: Install and remove HVAC parts and products, diagnose systems, and build accurate repair quotes.
• Customer Interaction: Educate clients on HVAC products, provide routine maintenance, and communicate effectively.
• Team Leadership: Train junior team members and assist with various tasks as assigned by management.
• Physical Demands: Lift 50-100 lbs, work in small spaces, climb ladders, and work outdoors regularly.
• Compliance: Follow local HVAC codes and company guidelines.

• EPA Certification: Required for the role.
• Clean Record: Must have a good driving history and a clean background.
