Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour

What are the core responsibilities for the role?

• Assist in digging and trenching for construction or landscaping tasks
• Hike and transport materials to and from remote or uneven job sites
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete as directed by supervisors
• Load, unload, and carry equipment, tools, and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and instructions on-site

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Ability to hike long distances over uneven terrain while carrying equipment
• Basic knowledge of mixing and working with concrete (training can be provided)
• Willingness to work outdoors and follow directions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
