Job Description We are seeking a Civil Engineering graduate to join our team in Raleigh and support both public and private sector projects. As a key member of our design teams, you will play an essential role in crafting innovative solutions for projects in the Land Development and Water Resources sectors. You will be responsible for the design and development of a variety of civil engineering and land planning projects. Responsibilities
- Create and develop design solutions for civil engineering projects.
- Support land development and water resources projects.
- Participate actively in the design team to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project completion.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with AutoCAD and CAD/Civil 3D.
- Strong working knowledge in civil drafting, including road plans, commercial site plans, and residential subdivisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- FE/EIT certification preferred.
- Experience in grading, drainage, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Comfortable working on-site.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to the Raleigh area.
