What Youll Do
- Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects across all phasesfrom proposal to delivery.
- Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Oversee geotechnical investigations, including fieldwork, lab coordination, and data analysis.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical rigor and collaboration.
- Analyze soil, rock, and material testing data to inform design recommendations.
- Prepare and present high-quality technical reports and findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Approve engineering deliverables such as bearing capacity calculations, foundation designs, and liquefaction assessments.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control across all project components.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and project management
- Expertise in soil testing, geotechnical analysis, and engineering design
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
