Construction Project Manager
Job Description

This role requires overseeing a significant project located onsite in Louisburg, TN, with an expected duration from September 2025 to March 2026. The position involves managing the relocation of large machines and additional equipment within a paper printing facility, coordinating with engineering and project management teams, and planning and executing demo-to-rebuild logistics. You will be responsible for daily onsite operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the relocation of 2 large machines and 10-15 additional pieces of equipment within the facility.
  • Coordinate efforts with engineering and project management teams.
  • Plan and execute logistics for demo-to-rebuild operations.
  • Manage daily onsite operations and make critical decisions.
  • Coordinate onsite contractors effectively.
  • Ensure project ownership and successful execution.
  • Maintain communication and provide leadership.
  • Accountable to the CEO for project progress and success.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in construction management and project management.
  • Strong client interaction abilities.
  • Expertise in HVAC, concrete, rigging, material handling, and electrical.
  • People management skills with strong references.
  • Experience managing contractors and logistics onsite.
  • Ability to independently lead 34 full projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Comfortable with traveling to facilities and working onsite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment

The work environment is hands-on, fast-paced, and collaborative, involving close interaction with engineering and executive teams. This is a high-visibility project offering a unique opportunity to directly interact with the CEO and take ownership of execution success.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $100.00/hr.
