GESCH CONTRACTING INC IS NOW HIRING: Heavy Equipment Operators- Poly Pipeline Construction
Location: Midland, TX

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Field Position

We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators with strong backgrounds in poly pipeline excavation and installation. This hands-on role is ideal for skilled, safety-minded individuals who can operate machinery efficiently and support pipeline installation projects across various terrains and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, dozers, motor graders, front end loaders and trenchers for pipeline right-of-way work.

Excavate, backfill, and compact trenches for HDPE/poly pipe installation.

Assist fusion crews with pipe handling and placement.

Perform equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor field repairs.

Work in coordination with the crew leader and foremen to ensure accurate, timely pipeline construction.

Follow all company safety protocols and environmental procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 year's experience operating heavy equipment in pipeline or oilfield construction.

Proven skill in trenching, grading, and working around existing underground infrastructure.

Familiar with poly pipe installations and jobsite coordination.

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record (CDL preferred).

Ability to work long hours outdoors in all field conditions.

Must be dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
