The ideal candidate will bring strong welding expertise anddedication to precision, supporting the fabrication and assembly needs of our FabricationShop. This role focuses on welding and fabrication responsibilities

This position is bound primarily to the fabrication shop at theIndianapolis location with occasional travel to customer locations duringnormal business hours. A clean driving record is required. This role comes witha competitive compensation plan and as well as excellent benefits.

Fabrication Welder Responsibilities:

Performproficient MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of materials,including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Proficientin structural frame, process pipe and tubing welding.

Interpretand understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

Preparematerials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting components.

Ensureproper alignment and fit of fabricated components prior to welding.

Executehigh-quality welds with attention to precision and aesthetic finish.

Assemblefabricated components according to project specifications.

Operatemachinery and use equipment to shape, finish, and fabricate parts.

Conductinspections to ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.

Maintainand clean fabrication tools and equipment.

Requirements for the Fabrication Welder

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Technical school or continued education is a plus.

Certifications in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) are preferred butnot required .

Proven proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding , withthe ability to adapt techniques for different materials and projectrequirements.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Must be willing to work overtime as business needs arise.

Attention to detail, organization skills and ability to workindependently or with a team.

Must be willing to travel locally and have a clean drivingrecord.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the UnitedStates.
