What You'll Do
As our Commercial Construction Estimator, you'll play a critical role in shaping project success from the ground up by analyzing project specifications, developing cost estimates, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret architectural drawings, specs, and bid documents
Prepare detailed, competitive estimates for materials and labor
Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to gather accurate pricing
Track costs and identify savings opportunities
Participate in bid reviews and post-bid evaluations
Maintain organized documentation throughout the estimating process

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with sharp attention to detail and a strong grasp of commercial construction practices, ideally with experience in architectural hardware.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years experience in commercial construction estimating or similar field
Knowledge of Division 8 (Openings) and related materials
Proficient in construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
