Gutter Installer

Small Marysville gutter company seeking experienced seamless gutter installer with leadership, craftsmanship, and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Must be 18 or older
Must have a valid drivers license and transportation to Marysville.
Be dependable and show up everyday.
Positive attitude - NO DRAMA.
Good communication skills.
Must not be afraid of heights.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons.
Ability to move / use extension ladders safely.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Proven experience in gutter or other construction work is preferred.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Strong understanding of installation techniques or willingness to learn.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with installation work.

Pay starts at $20 per hour for no experience.
Pay for experience is based on percentage of the job with opportunities to upsell products and services. ($30+)
We pay weekly.
