**Job Description**
Join a dedicated crew of skilled carpenters working on new construction projects. These projects range from small to large-scale builds, offering a variety of carpentry experiences. With over 20 active projects in Southern Wisconsin, you may find yourself on a job site for 6+ months or working on smaller projects lasting 1-2 months. Upcoming work involves steel stud framing, and we are seeking experienced carpenters with relevant expertise.
**Responsibilities**
+ Engage in all aspects of general carpentry on new construction buildings.
+ Collaborate with a crew of tenured carpenters.
+ Participate in steel stud framing projects.
+ Perform concrete work, finishing, and commercial construction tasks.
+ Execute trim carpentry and rough carpentry duties.
+ Utilize hand tools and tape measures effectively.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in framing carpentry and trim carpentry.
+ Skilled in rough framing, interior trimming, and exterior finishing.
+ Capability to travel up to 1.5 hours for projects.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in commercial construction and using hand tools.
+ Familiarity with simons and tape measure usage.

**Work Environment**
This role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions. The team size will vary depending on the project, with the current concrete crew consisting of about 5-8 members. Work hours can range from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, depending on project requirements. You will be provided with necessary tools, and PPE such as leather boots above the ankle, safety glasses, hard hats, and high visibility gear are required.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
