We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Senior Architect (Remote) to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Responsible for defining and guiding the build of valuable products that meet customer needs. Leads the product vision and definition from a multifunctional perspective. Brings knowledge of business, design, and technology to appropriately guide the solutioning of products leveraging platforms, integrations, or custom development. Guides the team to define digital solutions that achieve the clients desired business outcomes. Advise clients on how proposed solutions will satisfy needs over the lifecycle of the product. Helps to guide the digital transformation of solutions for clients across multiple business areas. Helps guide the transformation of client organizations to adopt agile requirements methods as they shift to a product management mentality.

  • Plan and lead client conversations to understand and set vision and direction for new products and solutions.
  • Ensure teams propose feasible and sustainable solutions.
  • Develop models that illustrate how a product/solution provides value to customers. Develop customer-centric ROI models that align with expected value. Adjust and adapt models based on changing market needs.
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, and technology leaders to ensure the solution meets business needs.
  • Define target scope for engagements.
  • Support Sales & Solutioning Efforts by collaborating with GTM and Practice teams
    • Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Practice teams to utilize comprehensive Solution Playbooks that address customer needs and market demands
    • Act as the Solution Architect for assigned proposals, guiding the implementation of the playbook and ensuring successful delivery of the solution
  • Develop, document, and maintain solution playbooks
    • Create detailed Solution Playbooks that include best practices, implementation guidelines, and success metrics for various digital solutions
    • Customize Solution Playbooks to align with specific proposal opportunities, ensuring that they meet the unique requirements of each client engagement
    • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of Solution Playbooks and refine them based on feedback and lessons learned from implementation projects
  • Support the sales process
    • Collaborate with the GTM team to identify areas for process improvement and develop new processes that enhance the adoption and implementation of Solution Playbooks
    • Work with the GTM team to create and standardize sales enablement processes that leverage Solution Playbooks, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all sales activities
  • Drive Digital Transformation Initiatives:
    • Lead efforts to modernize and transform digital solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and emerging technologies
    • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication of project goals, progress, and outcomes
  • Leadership and Mentorship:
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
    • Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital solutions

Required Skills:

( 8+ years relevant experience in the following):

  • B usiness & Process Analysis Ability to assess and optimize business processes to align with strategic goals.
  • Design Thinking & Systems Thinking Skilled in user-centered design and holistic problem-solving approaches.
  • Business Capability Modeling Proficient in mapping business capabilities to technology solutions.
  • Information Mapping Expertise in organizing and structuring complex information for clarity and usability.
  • Meeting Planning & Facilitation Strong facilitation skills for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and agile ceremonies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Experience working with strategy, design, technology, and sales teams.
  • Stakeholder Management Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Digital Solutioning Proven ability to design scalable, sustainable digital solutions using platforms, integrations, or custom development.
  • Solution Playbook Development Experience creating and maintaining reusable solution frameworks and best practices.
  • Sales Enablement Familiarity with supporting sales teams through technical solutioning and proposal development.
  • Agile & Product Management Mindset Understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement Strong analytical mindset to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
  • Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree - Graduate degree preferred
