Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Kelly, in partnership with a global company, is looking for three Heavy Equipment Mechanics! We have openings in Baytown, Midtown and Baycity. You will be repairing commercial Forklifts, Trailers and Roll Trailers! These are direct hire opportunities meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their vacation, compensation package and benefits upon hire! Our client is offering a sign on bonus of $6,000 and up to a $10,000 bonus each year! Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance 401k plus company match 120 hours of PTO plus paid holidays Details: Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday Pay: $25 $34 per hour Job Description: Perform maintenance through accurate equipment inspections, using a specific equipment checklist Knowledge and experience with diesel engine, hydraulic and electronical systems Troubleshoot various heavy equipment (forklift / trucks / wheel loader) Read electrical and hydraulic schematics Ability to use the computer maintenance program to charge out parts and to track equipment services Ability to read and interpret parts and service manuals for equipment when needed Requirements: At least five years of experience as a mechanic repairing and maintaining heavy equipment Knowledge and experience in electrical, drive train, engine, hydraulics Experience with diagnostic related software is a plus History of working with different forms of heavy equipment (forklift, tractors , wheel loader , material handler) Cat / Hyster / Ottawa / Terberg / John Deere Immediate opening, apply now! 9906864
