Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Cost Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex healthcare supply chain analytics projects, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal resource utilization and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with HealthTrust team and assigned member(s) to provide analysis, summaries, reports and presentations
• Lead and manage large-scale analytics projects.
• Analyze healthcare supply chain spend to identify savings and standardization opportunities.
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with HealthTrust and member organizations to support data needs.
• Design innovative tools for data visualization and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and manage project timelines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training on analytics tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 3-7 years experience providing data, financial, cost analysis is required.
• Medical product, supply chain, or Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) knowledge is preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
