Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in and around Ballard, WA . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $38-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Perform Dual Shield LN25 .052 Wire Welding (FCAW)
Work on Dry Dock Construction Projects
Execute Fillet welds, Butt seams, Back gouging, Grinding and Surface Prep
Fabricate and Fit Steel and Aluminum Components for Hulls, Bulkheads, Decks
Fit and Tack Weld Components with Precision
Operate Fabrication Tools and Machinery: Saws & Grinders
Ensure all Work Meets Marine Structural Integrity Standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 Years Experience as a Fitter Welder
Able to Read and Interpret Blueprints
Experience in Marine Fabrication
Skilled in Dual Shield/Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
Comfortable Working In Confined Spaces, at Heights, and In Various Weather Conditions
Must Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area
Able to Collaborate with Engineers and Team Members
Must Follow Shipyard Safety Protocols
Standard PPE
