Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, with a particular focus on K-12 educational facilities. This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring successful delivery within schedule, budget, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects from concept through construction administration.
• Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and project delivery.
• Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Participate in client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and community engagement sessions.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA, and educational facility standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• 7+ years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of K-12 and/or healthcare projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative and dynamic, requiring interaction with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The role involves the use of advanced design software such as Revit and AutoCAD. The position offers opportunities for mentorship and professional growth within a supportive team setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
