Description
Estimator Responsibilities:
- Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for concrete and
masonry projects, including material, labor, equipment, and overhead.
- Review Project Plans: Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to
determine the scope of work and calculate material and labor needs.
- Bid Submissions: Submit detailed and timely bids for projects while maintaining competitive
pricing.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Establish relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to
obtain competitive quotes for materials and labor.
- Cost Analysis: Continuously evaluate project costs against estimates and adjust for any changes
or unforeseen challenges.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee the planning and scheduling of concrete and
masonry projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases meet deadlines and budget
requirements.
- Team Management: Supervise, direct, and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors,
laborers, and field supervisors.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are
met and providing progress updates.
- Quality Control: Ensure work meets company standards, building codes, and client
specifications.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Track project expenses and timelines, ensuring projects
remain within budget and deadlines are met.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays in a timely and efficient manner

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
