Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

Candidates will work in the core assembly area, building industrial radiator cores. The core department is divided into assemblers and machine operators. As a machine operator, you will operate the fin press, an oven, and the soldering dip pot. While experience with these specific machines is not required, a basic understanding of machine operations is essential.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machinery including the fin press, oven, and soldering dip pot.

+ Assist in building industrial radiator cores.

+ Conduct basic inspections to ensure quality standards.

+ Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1 year of machine operating experience.

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Basic knowledge of machine operations.

+ Experience with hand tools.

**Work Environment**

The core assembly area is a dedicated room with ovens and solder machines, making it a warmer and noisier environment. The position operates on the 1st shift from 5 am to 1:30 pm, with additional overtime opportunities available on the 2nd shift. Starting pay of $20.50/hr.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
