A data governance company is looking for a REMOTE BIM Manager to join their team for a 6 month contract to hire! As a BIM manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all contracted builds associated with BIM throughout the entire construction process. This will include drafting BIM protocols, implementation plans, and collaborating with multiple parties to ensure projects are completely thoroughly and on time. - Experience with ISO 19650
- Experience with Hexagon Intergraph S3D (SmartPlant 3D), SPID (SmartPlant P&ID), SPEL (SmartPlant Electrical)
- Bachelor's degree in the building industry or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a BIM Manager
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Must sit out of any of the following locations:
- Rio Rancho, NM
- Chandler, AZ
- Houston, TX
- Portland, OR
- Batton Rouge, LA
