Laborer / Handyman

un Laborer / Handyman (Belvidere) Water Street compensation: $20-$25/ hr Looking for a laborer/handyman who wants to work helping to clean out a property in Belvidere, NJ. The property is vacant and partially demoed (mostly on the first floor). I will need help doing some demo, cleaning the property out, painting, possibly doing flooring and other odds and ends based on ability. It is a whole building worth of work so I can keep a guy busy there for a while. I would like someone with the ability to get to the property by themselves and have the ability to work independently when it comes to a lot of the clean out portion. I can pay $20-$25 per hour.
