Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment involved in the water treatment and recycling processes. Sort and classify materials related to recycling and treatment operations. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production and sustainability goals. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. Perform general labor tasks as needed, demonstrating a readiness to assist wherever required. If trained, operate a forklift to facilitate the movement of materials and assist in loading/unloading operations. Qualifications: Previous experience in a production, warehousing or water treatment environment is desirable. Forklift certification is an advantage. Strong physical stamina, ability to work outdoors, and lift heavy materials as necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
