+ Installation of doors; drill and set door hardware
+ Installation of windows
+ Layout for stairs and common rafters
+ Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout
+ Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns
+ Pump, place and finish techniques
+ Placement of concrete, slab on grade and elevated decks
+ Crane signals and rigging
+ Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions
+ Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule
**Essential Skills:**
+ Proficiency in construction and carpentry.
+ Experience with framing and concrete work.
+ Ability to perform finish carpentry and drywall tasks.
+ Knowledge of commercial construction processes.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
