Job DescriptionA Senior ERP Analyst/Architect is part of the Management Information Systems team responsible for the planning, design, implementation, efficiency, and security of the companys Enterprise Resource Planning software, including all databases and software packages used by all divisions and corporate teams. They configure the system to meet the specific needs of the organization. They design customized solutions and integrate with existing software systems. They play a pivotal role in the implementation process including resolving system integration issues.
An ERP transition project to Infor Syteline is currently underway and this role will lead coordination with third party consultants and the internal teams to plan and execute the transition and follow-on production maintenance and enhancements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the ERP transition
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and capture business requirements for ERP module enablement, development, configuration, or redesign
- Document detailed designs of current and future ERP environment, including internal and external data flow between modules or integrated systems
- Develop project schedules for implementations and communicate regularly and effectively with stakeholders
- Work with system administrators and cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical configurations and reports based on business requirements and detailed designs
- Perform troubleshooting, incident management, and technical and security administration of ERP system
- Provide technical guidance to users
- Plan for system patches and upgrades
- Coordinate with vendors and administrators on problem resolution, design issues and upgrades
- Facilitate system testing and promotion of changes from development to test to production
- Assist with role-based access control and adjusting user and group permissions
- Manage licensing of software
- Monitor and maintain system health and security
- Establish a disaster recovery protocol
- Other ERP duties as assigned
