We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with strong electrical and mechanical capabilities to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on role in a high-demand manufacturing environment that runs 7 days a week, with plans to expand from a 2-shift to a 3-shift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
  
  
• Troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical systems
  
  
• Work with automation systems, fluid controls, and hydraulic equipment
  
  
• Support operations involving sampling press equipment (experience is a plus)
  
  
• Ensure equipment uptime and reliability in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  
  

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience with automated systems and production machinery
  
  
• strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls
  
  
• Leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  
  
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on production needs
  
  

Shift Details:

• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – until job is complete (typically 8–12 hours)
  
  
• Some weekend work required based on business demands
