Terms/Money:

#1 what are the making now we don t want to be that vendor hitting TOP # all the time

Salary: the minimum is $95 I believe the max is $130. Travel 50% of the time. Yes they get a company car. i would rather not plan on a bonus and if it happens great

CST Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm, additional hours as needed.

**Skills required:

5+ years in technical project management, client consulting, software implementation and training

5+ years of demonstrated experience conducting highly visible presentations.

PMP certification preferred

Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals and objectives.

Demonstrated ability to forecast and administer budgets.

Highly developed customer-facing skills and networking ability.

Ability to establish strong relationships within the organization to achieve results.

Experience with project management software required.

Ability to create, follow and revise project plans to meet project milestones and objectives.

Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, including executive level.

Highly developed presentation skills with the ability to develop the same in others; solicits different viewpoints, shares knowledge and insights.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

Travel required as needed up to75% in field to support territory.

50% travel - occasional overnights

Helping with the drawing process from an idea, review drawings to make sure everything is accounted

for, meet with contractors, know the contractors schedule so can ensure everything is moving along.

Bachelor s Degree in related field required.

General Overview:

Seeking a Project Manager who will define deployment objectives and monitor implementation plan, timing, budget and key milestones for Sonny s professional services projects. This may also include customizations, enhancements or integrations to other software products. Works with other Project Managers and Department Heads to ensure the projects are properly staffed for project requirements. Achieves phase sign-off; builds and maintains client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Participate in pre-construction meetings

Create installation checklist with sales person for each job and communicate to lead installer

Verify order submission and gathering ETA for all equipment

Ensure FSM is up to date with equipment and warranty information

Coordinate any needed travel arrangements

Maintain an installation calendar and communicate with management and sales department on a weekly basis Complete all the manufacturer documentation required for each project

Prepares and analyzes work plans and budgets.

Revises plan and budget as necessary.

Defines project team roles and responsibilities.

Develops project organization, structure, and communication strategies.

Establishes effective processes and practices for project issues, updates, milestone meetings and status reports.

Negotiates with customers to set and manage expectations.

Manages conflicting customer requests and complex issues/problems.

Provides direction to resolve complex problems, collaborating with others as appropriate; identifies trends. Maintains accountability for the timely resolution of project-related issues.

Coordinate design projects with Clients, Distributors and internal team members

Document and modify procedures to ensure a smooth operation

Send out and collect all required documentation from Clients and Distributors

Discuss required changes and thoroughly document necessary changes for designers

Assign tasks and projects to internal team members

Manage the project schedule and ensure all projects and design are on time and within budget

Communicate schedule changes to Clients, Distributors and internal team members

Manage and enter all projects into internal tracking systems

Quote and bill Client when necessary

Work with internal teams to collect design documentation from Clients and Distributors

Establish a strong relationship with Clients and Distributors

Develops protocols and follow-ups to insure smooth execution of activities and requests. Executes rollouts, creates production schedules and timelines.

Other duties as required with change in business
