Job Description:
Location: Southern Indiana & Louisville Metro Area (No overnight travel)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $25$45/hour (Negotiable, based on experience)

Job Requirements:
HVAC Journey or equivalent experience

Technical Proficiency: At least 1+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems, particularly in commercial settings, including expertise in chillers, boilers, pumping systems, and modern controls like Distech systems. Familiarity with troubleshooting, maintenance, and preventative tasks (e.g., cleaning coils, changing filters) is essential.

Certifications: Relevant credentials such as EPA certifications, Journeyman status, or equipment-specific training, ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.g., Louisville/Indiana codes, OSHA, EPA standards).

Work Ethic and Dependability: A strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and completing jobs efficiently, aligning with your hands-on leadership style where the owner works alongside technicians to ensure quality and speed.

Problem-Solving Skills: Intellectual ability to comprehend and troubleshoot complex HVAC control systems (e.g., BAS, DDC), with a focus on quick, accurate diagnostics and solutions.
