Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Material Handler/Forklift Operator Needed!

Temp to Hire opportunity on 1st Shift!

Job Duties Include:

• Load and unload trucks safely with forklift or pallet jack
• Safely load/unload non-palletized materials such as cabinets, large walls, and wooden panels
• Make sure items being shipped are safe and secure to ensure safe transport
• Verify counts on both inbound and outbound shipments
• Support ERP system cycle count process
• Maintaining accuracy of pick-up and drop-off locations along with shipping information
• Assist Warehouse Lead with material needs such as preparing hardware or sheet stock for job production
• Place materials, supplies and other received goods on shelves, racks or floor using inventory locations
• Assist with daily shipping/receiving/inventory transactions using a handheld device or desktop computer in the ERP system

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience with shipping/receiving/inventory control in a warehouse
• Forklift (Stand-Up and Sit Down) strongly preferred
• Basic experience using Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems
• Must have valid driver's license
