Surrounded by mountains and fueled by creativity, we are an 8-person team committed to thoughtful architecture, collaboration, and balance.We are currently seeking a Project Designer to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in both the creative process and technical execution of projects, offering hands-on experience across all phases of design-from concept through construction.What Youll Do Contribute to design development through modeling, drafting, and detailing using Revit and other design software Attend and participate in client meetings and project team coordination Translate sketches, ideas, and feedback into compelling conceptual and technical drawings Research and select materials, products, fixtures, and finishes Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and city officials Support project documentation and quality assurance across all project phases Assist with construction site observations and documentation Support the overall success of the team and each projectWhat Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp; strong 3D modeling skills Excellent design sensibility, graphic presentation, and communication skills Experience in producing design and construction documents Ability to think critically and creatively to solve design challenges Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred Knowledge of building codes a plusWhat We Offer A flexible, collaborative work environment Health benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Paid time off Simple IRA with employer contribution Opportunities for professional growth and development
