Job Title: Lead Carpenter

We are a well-established, Madison area remodeling company with a great team of Designers, Project Manager and hardworking Carpenters.

We Need Someone Who Has:

- Ability to read blueprints and bring them to life with precision, creativity, and craftsmanship

- A desire to lead and inspire a crew of skilled carpenters as well as work independently at times

- Goal oriented mindset to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety

- 5-10 years of hands-on carpentry experience

- Tools of the trade and a drivers license

- A desire to grow with a company that values your skill and hustle

- A strong work ethic and communication skills

- Understanding of current building code requirements

Skills Needed:
- Abiltiy to frame and lead a framing crew

- Construct anything from framing additions, installing cabinetry, windows, doors, trim, siding to finishing touches

- Remodel kitchens, bathrooms, additions, window and door replacement and build an occasional custom home for the right client

- Collaborate with project manager, subcontractors, and clients.

- Set the pace, solve problems on the fly, and keep projects on schedule, on budget

- Enforce job safety standards

Pay: $35 - $42
