Whitman, Requardt & Associates (WRA) is seeking talented and motivated entry level architects to take an active role in developing high-quality building designs as part of a growing, dynamic, and collaborative project team in WRA’s Baltimore, MD Office.
Responsibilities:
This position will work closely with accomplished award-winning senior-level licensed architects to complete design presentations, bid documents, and graphics for a wide range of firm needs.
Requirements:
Applicants must possess the following:
- 0-4 years of relevant experience
- Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture
- Excellent design and technical skills; and be motivated to apply those skills to the creation of superior architecture.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in creating interesting and engaging graphics for building design presentation is vital
- Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and through in their desire to provide exceptional client service
- Limited travel may be required, project related within 400 miles
- Participant in NCARB’s AXP Program
- Proficient in AutoCAD™ and Revit™
- Experience with Sketchup, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphics programs desirable
- U.S. Citizenship required

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 - $85,000.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
