Project Administrative Assistant
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrative Assistant to manage and coordinate project documentation, client engagement activities, and project management schedules. This role requires proficiency in data entry, document control, and administrative support, using the full stack of Google Suite software.

Responsibilities

  • File and sort reports and documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks for supporting documents while ensuring appropriate turnaround time.
  • Review and enter data information into the appropriate databases.
  • Proactively verify data through source documents.
  • Retrieve data for team members upon request.
  • Coordinate project documentation and client engagement activities.
  • Manage project management schedules and coordinate construction administration tasks.
  • Handle demanding clients with high expectations, managing tight budgets, and confidential onboarding information.
  • Engage in customer service, change order processing, project coordination, reporting, and construction document support.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in administrative support, data entry, and project coordination.
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets, create tables, logs, and manipulate data.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Personable and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Construction experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in handling documents, including scanning, filing, sorting, and system entry.
  • Minimal qualification of a high school diploma.
  • Reliability and good organizational skills.
Work Environment

The position is completely onsite, working typical hours in the contractor's onsite job site trailer. The work environment is accommodating, providing a nice working trailer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
