Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking to add a construction site supervisor to the Grand Rapids installation team. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple installation projects simultaneously for our commercial mechanical HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contracting company.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.
• Supervise and educate the mechanical installation crew.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 and other safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and project specifications.

- Well rounded knowledge in the commercial/industrial Mechanical/HVAC industry

- Knowledge to educate and supervise mechanical installation crew

- 10+ years in the industry

- Basic knowledge of duct and pipe sizing

- Continued education expected (Self-Development)

- Proficient in blueprint reading

Work Environment

Typical hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Be available to address client needs before 8 AM and after 5 PM during the week.

The work environment involves active construction sites, requiring adherence to safety regulations and proper attire.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
