About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of smart spaces and IoT-driven environments. You'll manage complex projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, UX, and operations. Your work will directly impact how people interact with intelligent spaces-driving innovation in sustainability, personalization, and data-driven experiences.
Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution, from planning through launch, across multiple workstreams
• Define scope, timelines, and success metrics; manage budgets and resources to meet goals
• Build and maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders and project teams
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and integration
• Deliver clear documentation, status updates, and executive-level reporting
• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to project contributors
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technical project management, with demonstrated expertise in smart environments or IoT
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with smart space technologies, including:

  • Asset tracking and indoor navigation systems
  • Occupancy analytics and environmental monitoring
  • Sustainable meeting room solutions
  • Smart logistics and building-management systems
