Civil Engineer - Wastewater

Wastewater Civil Engineer Opportunity available in Suffolk County!

1+ year of experience required!

Job Description:

• Manage projects within the Wastewater Engineering Department through all aspects of the design and construction of sewage treatment plants around Long Island.
• Preparation of engineering reports, preparation of detailed plans and specifications and preparing bid documents.
• Review of shop drawings, field inspections, preparation of as-built drawings, and preparation of operations and maintenance manuals.
• Will support all aspects of the design and construction of sewage treatment plants around Long Island, including but not necessarily limited to preparation of engineering reports, preparation of detailed plans and specifications, preparing bid documents, review of shop drawings, field inspections, preparation of as-built drawings, and preparation of operations and maintenance manuals.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 10 years of experience
• AutoCAD & Civil 3D Experience
• Wastewater Experience
• PE is wanted but not mandatory

Additional Details:

• 1.5 OT when you have over 40 hours of billable hours worked
• 8:30am - 5pm (30 min lunch)
• One round onsite interview (Hiring Manager will make final decision within 24 - 48 hours)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
