Residential Painter

Residential Painter Job Description The role involves performing painting functions for industrial and commercial clients, specializing in both new construction and existing buildings. The work primarily involves interior walls but extends to exterior painting as well. Projects are located within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee, utilizing brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities. Responsibilities Perform airless spraying, brush and rolling, and cutting in without using tape. Use HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects. Understand and interpret blueprints for painting and staining tasks. Execute paint preparation, including sanding and drywall work. Conduct site clean-up and manage job site organization. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of painting experience. At least 1 year of commercial painting experience. Proficiency in prep work and job site cleanup. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with multi-family buildings and office buildings. Foreman experience is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Report to various jobsites within a team environment, where team size varies according to project needs. The dress code consists of jeans, t-shirts, or painter whites. Core working hours are typically day shifts from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility based on project deadlines. Some Saturdays may be required, with plenty of overtime available. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
