Production Worker**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly and disassembly of truck beds for both commercial and military applications. Your role will involve daily use of hand tools and light schematics, requiring precision in tape measure reading down to 1/32 of an inch. This position demands strong mathematical skills along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and MIG welded parts as defined in specification sheets. You should be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs at times.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of truck beds.

+ Utilize hand tools and light schematics effectively.

+ Accurately measure using a tape measure down to 1/32 of an inch.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and MIG welded parts.

+ Lift up to 70 lbs as required.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in mechanical assembly.

+ Experience with hand tools and auto equipment.

+ General production skills.

+ Ability to operate a forklift.

+ Inspection proficiency.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Minimum 6 months of MIG welding experience.

+ Willingness to lift up to 70 lbs.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
