About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced P&A Wellsite Supervisor to lead offshore decommissioning operations, specifically plug and abandonment (P&A) activities. This position serves as the Company's on-site representative, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of well decommissioning in accordance with approved programs, operational procedures, HSE policies, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site P&A operations, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations and decommissioning objectives.
• Supervise rig and contractor teams, promoting safety leadership and performance excellence.
• Align and coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of the decommissioning program.
• Conduct safety meetings, job safety analysis (JSA), and daily planning sessions.
• Manage SIMOPS communication and coordination with offshore managers.
• Maintain daily and weekly operational reporting and forecasts.
• Ensure timely incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Provide leadership in emergency response planning and unplanned events.
• Oversee logistics, personnel, equipment, and material control on site.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in offshore drilling and/or well operations with major operators or drilling contractors.
• Minimum 10 years in a supervisory role, leading P&A and well service operations.
• Offshore experience with lift boats, jack-up rigs, and platform-based operations for decommissioning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractor performance and offshore safety culture.
• Valid Well Control Certification (Well Sharp, IWCF, or equivalent).
• Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills.
