Test Architect JD:

13+ years in QA with 5+ years on Guidewire platforms. We are looking for a highly experienced Guidewire Test Architect to lead the quality assurance strategy and implementation for a key insurance client (FBITN).

This onsite role requires deep hands-on experience in testing Guidewire platforms across functional, integration, and performance areas.

The ideal candidate will architect reusable frameworks, define governance across testing phases, and ensure alignment with business-critical workflows and digital transformation objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Define and drive end-to-end QA strategy for Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) and associated integrations.
• Establish test planning checkpoints: entry/exit criteria, quality gates, and sign-off processes for SIT and UAT.
• Lead risk-based testing strategy and prioritization aligned to business-critical use cases.
• Architect reusable frameworks for automation (functional, regression, performance) tailored to Guidewire architecture.
• Define performance testing methodology, test data strategy, SLA validation, and monitoring setup.
• Guide third-party/middleware integration testing and align validations with Guidewire service layers.
• Standardize SIT templates, test case designs, and reporting dashboards.
• Track and report QA metrics, defect trends, and KPI-driven quality improvements.
• Mentor QA leads to ensure consistency in test practices and increase QA maturity.
• Drive non-functional testing strategies for scalability, resiliency, and availability validations.
