Detailed Job Description:
Minimum 10 years of experience in telecom voice platforms and real-time communications.
Deep expertise in FreeSWITCH architecture, deployment, and optimization.
Proven experience in IMS platform migration or replacement, preferably involving Ericsson IMS.
Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, SBCs, media servers, and VoIP protocols.
Ability to design and implement cloud-native voice solutions.
Experience integrating FreeSWITCH with carrier-grade infrastructure.
Skilled in troubleshooting and performance tuning of voice systems.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.
