We are seeking a Traveling Safety Manager to join our clients dynamic team! In this critical role, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols across various construction job sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and fostering a strong culture of safety in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee job site safety compliance and ensure adherence to OSHA standards
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies
Lead employee safety training sessions and toolbox talks
Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents; document findings and recommend corrective actions
Maintain accurate safety records and reports
Review and approve safety plans and site-specific safety measures
Serve as a resource for employees and management on all safety-related matters
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety-related role
Completion of OSHA 10 or 30-hour training and CPR/First Aid certification required
Strong working knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various job sites
