This is a primarily a repair technician position, so experience in finding and repairing leaks is required.

Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, etc.)
Perform tear-offs, flashing, sealing, and waterproofing
Use proper safety equipment and follow OSHA regulations
Troubleshoot and identify roof issues quickly and accurately
Work effectively as part of a team or independently

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience preferred
Familiarity with a variety of roofing systems (TPO, metal, torch-down, etc.)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
