Job Overview:
The Junior Estimator will support estimating efforts by preparing accurate takeoffs and assisting with cost analysis for concrete and masonry scopes of work. This role requires a foundational understanding of construction, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate takeoffs for concrete and masonry scopes of work.
• Assist with cost analysis and estimating efforts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize Bluebeam for takeoffs and Procore for project management tasks.
• Maintain proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in construction estimating (Concrete and Masonry preferred).
• Familiarity with Bluebeam for takeoffs and Procore for project management.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Local candidates familiar with the NY/NJ/CT commercial construction market are preferred.
• Office-based position only (not remote or hybrid).

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000/ Annum as base salary

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
