Crown Stand-Up Forklift Operator $20.50/hour Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift, with duties including loading and unloading, order picking, staging in the docking area, replenishment, handling LTL shipments, utilizing WMS and barcode scanning, and pulling large orders weighing up to 4000 lbs. Additional responsibilities include shrink wrapping, RF scanning, and operating a pallet jack. Responsibilities Operate stand-up forklifts for loading and unloading tasks. Stage and pick orders efficiently. Handle replenishment and LTL shipments. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning. Pull large orders weighing up to 4000 lbs. Perform shrink wrapping and RF scanning duties. Operate pallet jacks as required. Essential Skills 1-2 years of stand-up forklift experience. Proficiency in operating reach trucks and pallet jacks. Experience with WMS and barcode scanning. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with RF scanning. Capability to perform order picking efficiently. Why Work Here? Employees are allowed to wear shorts, but open-toed shoes are not permitted. The standard hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00/9:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be willing to work at least one Saturday per quarter and be open to overtime until 10:30 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
