Now Hiring: Structural Welders & Fabricators - Multiple Openings Location: Des Moines, IA & Surrounding Areas Pay Range: $22-$30/hour (based on experience and weld test results) Start Date: Immediate *We're hiring multiple experienced welders and fabricators to support a growing pipeline of structural steel projects across Iowa. Whether you prefer MIG welding in a production setting or full fabrication of custom steel components, we have roles that match your skill set and career goals.* Structural Welders - Daily Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on structural components using manual or automated equipment Read and interpret blueprints to build products to spec Operate CNC mills, saws, or presses as needed Cut, grind, straighten, reshape, and re-weld steel parts Use fixtures to align and assemble products accurately Support other production areas when needed Structural Fabricators - Daily Responsibilities Build and weld steel products such as columns, beams, and stairs Read blueprints and verify quality of fabricated components Cut, size, shape, bend, and tack materials into place Weld finished assemblies and ensure readiness for job site installation Maintain high standards for craftsmanship and safety What You Bring Previous experience in welding or steel fabrication (MIG required; TIG, Stick, or Arc a plus) Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Clean back ground record and valid driver's license Willingness to complete a weld test before start What We Offer Full-time work with 40+ hours/week and overtime potential Weekly pay and competitive wages based on experience Opportunities for advancement and cross-training Supportive team culture and steady project flow Ready to Join a Crew That Builds Big?
