**Job Description:**
The UPS Healthcare Building & Facilities Team is a global support function. The department supports the Capital Management Committee through gathering requests, evaluating projects, and providing alternatives and recommendations to the leadership team for capital funding approvals.
**Additional Information:**
+ Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required (not remote)

+ **Job Level: Supervisor**
+ **Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Creates business cases and collaborates with various functions and leads reviews with key stakeholders.
+ Works with cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses (ROIC, IRR, Payback) to ensure UPS funds are well spent.
+ Evaluates projects for procedural compliance and accuracy, while reviewing requirements and discrepancies with project owners.
+ Submits and presents project alternatives and makes recommendations to the Capital Committee.
+ Balances multiple projects to meet stakeholder goals and expectations.
+ Gathers project requests from various business units to determine the upcoming years capital needs.
+ Monitor and track monthly capital expenditures, maintain and update CAPEX tracking systems, prepare and distribute reports, analyze data for trends and discrepancies, reconcile reports with budgets.
+ Oversees the global network occupancy reporting, conducts training for users, responsible for publishing utilization data, network maps, and results for monthly/ quarterly leadership review.
+ Supports other engineering back-office tasks: Post Cost Analysis, Facility Lease Tracking and Expansion projects.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, MBA, or related field - Preferred
+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, expresses ideas clearly and concisely.
+ Financial acumen and understanding of metrics such as NPV, ROIC, IRR, and Payback Period - Required
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Experience in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Solutions - Preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (incl Add-ins program including Power Query) and Power BI.
