*This is a fixed term role ending August 31 2026*

WHAT YOULL DO

Contribute to ongoing professional business development activities.
Provide a professional level of real estate based advisory and transactional services to clients (if applicable).
Contribute to the Company achieving its gross revenue and net operating income objectives.
Contribute to the general business development efforts of the Company by representing the company.
Contribute expertise in a team-based work setting to various business opportunities conducted by other Company employees.
Contribute to the control of operating expenses (if applicable).
Speci fi c Duties:
In particular, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties speci fi c to your Position:
Ensure that work performed in client space is accomplished with a minimum of disruption and is followed by adequate cleanup
Perform maintenance, monitoring repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable
standards as assigned
Maintains responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance and technical pro fi ciency
Ensure the availability of an adequate operating inventory of tools and supplies and develop sources for stock materials related to maintaining the facility
Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment
Maintenance of the equipment will include cleaning, inspecting, calibrating and changing parts to maintain the HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels
Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace
Review monthly client service request summaries to pinpoint and correct recurrent operational problems
Perform periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory
Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors
Perform additional job duties as requested

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Building Environmental Systems (BAS) Operator Class I or Class II
• High School diploma
• Ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
• The individual in this role must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required.
