Morano Group Florida is the South Florida division of the acclaimed Morano Groupan established leader in high-end landscape design and construction with a major presence in New York and Connecticut. As we scale rapidly in Florida with strong investment and vision, we are looking for a dynamic, versatile, and hands-on Landscape Designer / Architect & Project Manager to join our growing team.
This is a startup-style role where no two days are the same. You'll work directly with the Managing Partner, supporting day-to-day operations, overseeing active jobsites, meeting with clients, and preparing designs, estimates, and proposals. You'll be deeply involved in both landscape construction and maintenance enhancement work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create conceptual and detailed landscape design drawings and presentations
- Conduct job site visits for measurements, progress checks, and contractor coordination
- Communicate directly with clients to understand project needs and provide updates
- Collaborate on estimates and assist in preparing proposals
- Support sales and business development alongside the Managing Partner
- Assist with internal team coordination and operations
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in landscape architecture or landscape design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Must be local to South Florida or open to relocating
- Spanish language skills are a plus
