Essential Functions:

Receive and review Request for Quote received from Sales RepProduce an accurate and timely QuoteWork with Internal and External sources to obtain missing information Meet deadlines and stay focused on multiple jobs in a fast paced work environmentHave the ability to clearly communicate with co-workers and sales representatives to resolve issuesEnsure any changes are documented and proper signatures are obtained Ensure all job information is received and entered into the system accurately Other duties as directed by the Management

Competencies:

Math aptitude Detail orientedAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsTime -management skillsComputer literate in a windows based environment (Outlook, Excel, Word)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, need to work on and track multiple jobs in a fast paced work environmentBe able to effectively work with both internal and external contactsAble to work independently as well as being a team playerPositive attitude

Knowledge / Skills;

Ability to read architectural drawings, blue prints or take-offs a plusConstruction experience a plusInside sales experience a plus

Education:

Associate's degree preferred or related work experience

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position,Non-Exempt with no supervisory responsibilityHours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8 hours per dayOvertime as needed
