FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide. Job Summary : This position will work closely with Project Managers in tracking projects, obtaining and submitting bids and scheduling subs. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities : ( Included but not limited to) Work in Progress schedule Review budget costs prior to submittal to client Prepare submittal logs Check Submittals Prepare and maintain RFI log Document and submit change orders This job description is a summary of the primary duties and responsibilities of this position.
