Salary: $135,000-$150,000 DOE (based on market averages + 10% premium for clearance requirement)

Overview

OSAAVA Services, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking aTechnology Project Manager to support our IRES (Integrated Research & Development for Enterprise Services) contract. The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of secure, enterprise-scale IT and cyber-infrastructure projects, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams within classified DoD environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical project planning, execution, and delivery in high-secure environments

Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications

Coordinate with systems, cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure SMEs

Ensure compliance with DoD standards (RMF, STIGs, etc.) and manage technical documentation

Execute change and configuration control processes in classified systems

Produce regular status reports and brief leadership, including government stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance (valid at time of application)

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

6+ years of experience managing complex IT/cyber projects in DoD or enterprise environments

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams

Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

Experience with DoD compliance frameworks and secure infrastructure design

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master)

Prior experience in DoD or Intelligence Community contracting environments

Cloud project oversight experience (Azure Government, AWS GovCloud)

Familiar with DevSecOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary: $135K-$150K DOE
